Terms of Service

Hooderians is a social platform for posts, profiles, conversations and access to Robinhood Chain wallet features. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including restrictions on digital assets. Do not use the service where doing so is prohibited.

Provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials confidential and notify the platform operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, create accounts to evade restrictions or try to access another person’s account.

Public visitors can read public content; interactions such as posting, reactions and comments require an account. Available features and permissions may change, and an account may be restricted or removed for violations or security reasons.

You retain your rights in the material you post. You grant Hooderians a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the service, consistent with your visibility settings. This license ends when content is deleted, except where copies remain in others’ shares, backups, legal records or other lawful uses.

Posts may be set to Public, Friends or Only Me. Public posts and profiles may be visible to anyone and may be copied or indexed outside Hooderians. A privacy setting cannot retract material already seen or shared. You must have the right to upload anything you post, including images and links.

Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or sexually exploitative content; threaten or harass others; distribute malware; spam; manipulate engagement; or use the platform for fraud, phishing, market manipulation or misleading token promotions. Do not publish another person’s sensitive information without authorization.

We may review reports and remove posts, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend or ban accounts when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms or comply with law. We do not guarantee pre-screening of posts, endorsements, token projects or external links. You are responsible for what you post and for your interactions with others.

The in-app wallet is a self-custody tool for Robinhood Chain. Wallets are created on your device; an imported or saved wallet is held as an encrypted keystore in that browser’s local storage, protected by your wallet password. Hooderians does not hold your recovery phrase or private key, cannot reset your wallet password and cannot recover lost funds or restore a wallet if you lose your backups or device data.

Keep your recovery phrase and private key offline and confidential. Never share them with anyone claiming to offer support. Anyone who obtains them can control your assets. Browser extensions, malware, shared devices, backups and compromised passwords may expose your wallet. Removing browser storage, using a new device or uninstalling a browser may remove the locally stored wallet. Export and securely keep a backup before relying on it.

Wallet send and in-app Buy/Sell actions initiate transactions on Robinhood Chain using third-party blockchain infrastructure and decentralized exchange contracts. You authorize a transaction when you confirm it with your wallet. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. Verify the network, recipient, token contract, amount, quote, minimum received, token permissions and all fees before confirming.

Quotes, balances, token descriptions, market data and prices may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. A trade can fail, be front-run or execute at a different price because of volatility, liquidity and slippage. Approving a token can grant a smart contract permission to spend it; review and revoke approvals where appropriate. You may pay network fees even if a transaction fails. Tokens, smart contracts and third-party services can be fraudulent, vulnerable or cease operating, and you could lose your entire asset value.

Hooderians does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not endorse listed projects and does not promise returns, liquidity, transaction completion or recovery of assets. You alone are responsible for your decisions, taxes and compliance with applicable laws. Trading may not be available for every token or in every location.

Posts may link to sites not operated by Hooderians. The wallet and trade views rely on public blockchain networks, RPC providers, explorers, market-data services and decentralized exchange contracts. Their availability, accuracy, security, fees and terms are outside our control. Following a link or using an external service is at your own risk.

The services are provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, including wallet and trading integrations, where reasonably necessary. We may revise these Terms and update the date above; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If a material change requires additional notice under applicable law, we will provide it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, secure or fit for a particular purpose. Hooderians is not responsible for losses resulting from your key management, irreversible blockchain transactions, token or contract failures, third-party services, user content or market conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Hooderians at any time. Account or content restrictions do not reverse transactions already recorded on a blockchain. Deleting a local wallet only removes its copy from that browser; it does not close the address or move funds. For information on how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
